Walls and Dreams Customer Cancellation Policy

  • At Walls and Dreams, we pride ourselves on delivering transparent and reliable construction services. We work diligently to understand customer requirements and provide designs, documents, and other essential details.
  • In the unlikely event that a customer decides to cancel the project after paying any portion of the booking amount, they must clearly inform Walls and Dreams of their intent to cancel. This notification should be sent via email from the registered email address provided to Walls & Dreams at hello@wallsanddreams.com (or any other email address provided in the future), or through a registered post with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer must include their reasons for cancellation in this communication.

All cancellations made as mentioned above beyond 48 hours from the payment of the booking amount will incur a non-refundable onboarding fee equal to 1% of the Construction Cost, in addition to the applicable service fee corresponding to the stage of service outlined herein.

Construction Cost refers to the total cost of the project before any discounts, if applicable. The service fee will be calculated based on the latest Construction Cost approved by the customer.

Any costs incurred by the contractor during the construction stage for resource mobilization, exceeding the 2% stage-wise fees mentioned above, will be charged based on actual expenses. In the event of a dispute between the customer and the contractor regarding these charges, the final decision on chargeable amounts and any additional time required will rest with Walls and Dreams.

Any additional services not listed in the above schedule will also be charged based on actual expenses.

All the above mentioned fees are covered with taxes.

Any cancellations that may occur will attract the cancellation amount in as far as the contract between Walls and Dreams and the customer is concerned, but in case the cancellations occur after the commencement of the project, then a reduction will be made as agreed between Walls and Dreams and the customer.

If any architectural or structural designs are completed, or if data such as digital surveys or soil tests are collected, the relevant information or final documentation will be shared only as applicable according to the designated schedule.

  • Should the costs borne by Walls and Dreams in discharging the services mentioned above exceed the charges paid by the customer, then such excess shall be payable by the customer to Walls and Dreams, or any other party as may be communicated in writing by Walls and Dreams within thirty (30) business days of the service of a notice by Walls and Dreams to the customer to this effect. In the event that the customer has not paid the excess within the aforesaid time frame Walls and Dreams shall be at liberty to charge interest at an 18% per annum rate until the surplus is paid in full together with any related charges.
  • Walls and Dreams shall give back the remaining refundable amount that may be prevalent in the contract, by subtracting the necessary deductions, stated in the section above, from the amount initially paid by the customer. The refund will be made to the bank account given by the customer within 30 (thirty) business days from the date Walls and Dreams and the customer mutually decide the refund amount. As a reminder, cash refunds are not allowed.
  • However, Walls and Dreams will set and have the final discretion on the cancellation policy of its services from time to time. All alterations made will be definitive and applicable to all stakeholders linking to the agreement. The customer shall further be restrained by the updated terms and conditions.
